But Guys its time to wake up and take services to new heights, today's consumer is probably the most enlightened ones till times. They have access to all the possible things you can think of and if you don't give them the service they require they will show you off.
In this article i would like to talk about a Niche Field in gaming and how a few companies are trying to change things.
I personally bielive that Indian Gamers are the most underrated customers ever witnessed by any industry, people think of them as really casual people who are worried about nothing at all and that is why i guess most of the better gaming companies have chose to stay away from India and let Indian players play on foreign servers without any local support.
The result this particular customer segment is distorted, disintegrated, not united.
Now I personally bielive that there is one particular company which is trying to change this.
Changyou India started their operations in India a few months back and they have launched a descent MMORPG for Indian Market Dragon Oath, according to whatever information i have the game is doing good and already has some millions playing it in India.
They have just started one of its kind initiative in the Industry, they have launched a Cash on Delivery Facility for their online tokens.
